The new range comprises the A14, A12 and A10 Integrated Amplifiers, CD14 CD Player, T11 Tuner and T14 Streaming Tuner and all models are available in both silver and black finishes. Peter Kao, of Rotel, told Australian Hi-Fi Magazine: ‘The Rotel 14 Series components offer everything anyone needs today—USB connections for playback of digital music files, wireless streaming from all popular music services, Bluetooth, and phono stage inputs are among the connection options. Whether it is classic vinyl or streaming high resolution digital files, the 14 Series will deliver stunning realism.’
The flagship A14 integrated amplifier uses a Class-A/B output stage, and is rated at 80-watts per channel into 8Ω. The A12 is rated at 60-watts per channel into 8Ω. The A10 is rated at 40-watts per channel into 8Ω. The Rotel CD14 CD player is a tray-loading design with Wolfson 24/192 DAC. The T11 FM/DAB+ tuner lacks the streaming ability of the T14, but its FM tuner section means you’ll enjoy better audio quality than most DAB+ or internet radio stations, if you’re lucky enough to have a strong FM signal at your location. The T14, adds a streaming option, as well as AirPlay. All models are available now from HFX Systems.
