Avantgarde Acoustic Uno Fino Edition

The Avantgarde Acoustic UNO Fino Edition is designed as a concentrated expression of the UNO loudspeaker concept, bringing the essence of Avantgarde Acoustic’s classic horn loudspeakers into a more compact and accessible format.

The concept focuses on a deliberately reduced size and simplified engineering while retaining the high-efficiency horn technology and dynamic character associated with Avantgarde Acoustic’s UNO range.

Horn System

The UNO Fino Edition uses Avantgarde Acoustic’s spherical horn technology, with a 500 mm spherical midrange horn forming the central element of the horn system.

The midrange section operates without a passive frequency crossover, while the 100V CPC frequency crossover is incorporated into the high-frequency section.

The system uses Avantgarde Acoustic’s CDC (Controlled Dispersion Characteristic) approach, designed to control the dispersion characteristics of the horn system.

Bass System

The exceptionally high 107 dB sensitivity and 18 Ohm impedance allow the UNO Fino Edition to be driven by relatively low-powered external amplification. Avantgarde Acoustic specifies amplification of more than 10 Watts.

Subwoofer DSP

The integrated subwoofer incorporates a digital sound processor with EQ, allowing the bass section to be adjusted independently from the horn section.

The subwoofer amplifier is rated at 500 Watts.

Its 500 mm spherical midrange horn, 107 dB sensitivity, 18 Ohm impedance, and DSP-controlled 500 Watt active subwoofer combine extremely efficient horn reproduction with an independently powered bass section.

The result is a loudspeaker system that can be partnered with relatively low-powered external amplification while still providing substantial bass capability through its integrated active subwoofer.
