The Bowers & Wilkins Formation Wedge is a high-performance wireless music system that combines Bowers & Wilkins’ loudspeaker engineering with an elegant, purpose-designed enclosure. Its distinctive 120-degree elliptical form houses five precisely angled drivers, arranged to create a true stereo presentation from a single cabinet.
The Formation Wedge uses a dedicated combination of high-frequency, midrange and low-frequency drivers, with two 25mm double-dome tweeters, two 90mm FST midrange drivers and a 150mm subwoofer. Each driver section is individually amplified, providing a total of 240W of amplification, while integrated DSP and Dynamic EQ form part of the system’s acoustic architecture.
Designed as part of Bowers & Wilkins’ Formation wireless ecosystem, the Wedge supports Apple AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Roon Ready and Bluetooth, with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet network connectivity. The Formation platform also allows the Wedge to be integrated with other Formation products for a multiroom system.
