Project Overview: HFX Systems – Audio and Video Solution for Weelee, Midrand
HFX Systems completed a comprehensive audio and video solution for Weelee, a leading used car dealership located in Midrand. The project focused on enhancing the customer experience and elevating the showroom’s visual and audio appeal.
LED Display Installation
A key feature of this project was the installation of a 10-meter wide by 6-meter high LED panel screen, strategically positioned in the showroom to captivate visitors and create an immersive environment. The screen was expertly integrated and mounted off the building’s main beam, supported by motorized hoists for smooth and secure installation. This dynamic display serves as a powerful tool for visual branding and content presentation, ensuring that Weelee stands out in the competitive market.
Interactive Customer Engagement
In addition to the large-format display, we provided Samsung interactive touch panels in custom floor stands throughout the showroom floor. These touch panels are designed to facilitate seamless interaction with customers, allowing them to engage directly with vehicle information, pricing and additional information about specific deals. This solution enhances the overall customer experience, offering a modern, intuitive way for visitors to explore their products and services.
Audio Solution
To complement the visual experience, HFX Systems also delivered a state-of-the-art audio solution. The TOA HX7 Line Array speakers were strategically hung next to the LED screen, providing clear, powerful sound coverage across the showroom. Additionally, TOA speakers were installed throughout the showroom, ensuring even distribution of high-quality audio for customers throughout the space.
All audio across the building is managed via Dante, a reliable and scalable digital audio network protocol that allows for seamless integration and control. This networked approach ensures consistent, high-quality audio delivery while offering flexibility in system management.

The completed solution has transformed Weelee’s showroom into a cutting-edge space that enhances both the visual and audio experience for customers.
